Zak Carchedi

Hi! My name is Zak Carchedi, and I am a local Minnesota native. I grew up in a small town north of the Twin Cities. After a few years of traveling to pursue a degree in physical therapy, I started working as therapist. After a year, I decided that was not my passion and chose to take the leap into something I was super interested in: Real Estate! 

As a child, I grew up around real estate. My mother is an agent in my hometown, and my father was a plumber and handyman. I grew up going to showings, hanging out at the office, and attending open houses. I also helped my parents by demolishing and renovating distressed homes at a young age. I learned from them and am creating my own real estate portfolio to provide generational wealth to help my family and others around me.

I work as an agent in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. I help many people achieve their dreams of owning a home. I enjoy educating people about the benefits of using Real Estate to reach their financial goals. When I am not working, I spend my time, hiking, exercising, reading, helping at my church, or spending time with family, friends, and my beautiful fiancé.
