Samantha is the co-owner and original founder of the Hancock Group. Throughout her years of service in the field, she has earned recognition as an industry leader and innovator in the Minnesota Real Estate market. Currently, Samantha's main focus is perfecting the HG client experience, growing and expanding the team, and working with our agents and admins to constantly raise the bar. Outside of work, Samantha and her husband, Jay, have four kids, a dog, and 12 chickens and a live on a hobby farm in Waconia township. Michelles background consists of marketing, event planning, and external relations. She is responsible for exhausting all promotion avenues for HG listings, fostering relationships with past and present clients, growing the HG brand, ensuring a fantastic experience to buyers and sellers, and managing community events and opportunities. Michelle received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Minnesota State University in Mankato. She enjoys being active, spending time with her family, and cooking. Michelle and her husband, Kelly, have a daughter, Peyton, and reside in Prior Lake.
